"I like to cook food they way I like to eat it, and everyone up front seems to like it too," said Jim Norvell. Co-owner of Fat Daddy's Gourmet BBQ, Norvell works in the kitchen cutting up a slab of ribs, one of the several choices offered including steaks, wings, pork, and chicken.
